“Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!”

“Hotel location is good, the room is updated and clean. Make to order breakfast is included. Great Service. On site parking is limited, but there are plenty of off site parking in the back.”

“Owner was awesome. Cool old property in the middle of town. Had a fantastic dinner in the adjacent pub. Order the Cullen Skink. Our room was facing the street and the logging trucks woke us up several times in the night, my only complaint.”

“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”
