“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Unfortunately no one told the construction crew working on the property to not begin a loud power tool at 7:10 am! They probably did and someone forgot. Though common sense would make one think " Hmm, a commercial property that people have paid money to relax in. I think I will wait for an hour or so." Little Creek Casino are giving me an upgrade our next visit for that inconvenience. ”
