It's a very reliable, comfortable hotel with easy access to Percival Landing (Puget Sound), good restaurants and historic downtown Olympia. Understandably, the hotel is in process of refurbishing but it's still in good condition overall and clean. I look forward to seeing the 'new' hotel.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest.
