“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Front desk service exceeded my expectations. The rooms were decently clean. The location was good, away from the highway so noise wasn’t an issue, and the area felt safe. Overall, I would stay here again.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful. Though the room I reserved was not available due to renovations, they offered a solution that worked. (It would have really thrown a wrench in our plans if we had to find other accommodations on the same day, considering we made the reservation months earlier.) The breakfast was good.
