“Loved the extra area in bathroom with seat for makeup ”

“This was our fifth time staying at this little roadside stop. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs because it is right on the road. But we always find it very comfortable. The staff is always amazing. And the whole area is loaded with little towns. Excellent antiquing.”

“The hotel rooms are being updated which it needs. While our room was ok , it definitely needs to be updated so we're looking forward to that on our next stay. That being said even while being under construction the hotel was quiet and they did an excellent job in keeping the dust and noise to the very minimum. I do want to point out how great the staff is. “What an incredible stay. Every tiny detail was carefully curated and thoughtful. I wish I had taken more/better photos, but the pictures do not do it justice anyway. It was very clean and the kingsize bed with the mattress topper was incredible. The snacks, pastries, fresh bread, and endless tea and coffee bar was so much more than expected and so deeply enjoyed. “My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,……
