“The room is clean and in a modern style. Communication up to check in and during our stay was great. The room facilities are good, there is a kettle, TV and mini fridge along with a sofa and double bed. The bathroom is clean and modern and looks quite new. There is a balcony to sit out on although the view over the city is obscured by other buildings. The location is great, you're just a short walk from the centre and harbour. We had a very pleasant stay.”

“房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”

The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property. ”

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……
