“To expensive comparing what you get. No help with baggage, even outside parking is 150 m fro entrance. Booked with sea view, ok with 45 degrees, but just outside mess with old tires, other ugly stuff. Small shower/toilet. Breakfast ok, but should be better for room price. ”

“Only stayed one evening, but it is a great boutique hotel. Lots of construction in the area, but was weekend, so that wasn’t an issue. Public beach was pretty busy, but nice. Except for the young adults swimming at 3:00 am. Tried two restaurants in immediate vicinity and both were excellent. Especially loved Soul Kitchen. Very happy with our stay.”

We were able to leave our bags in the secure hallway before the afternoon checkin time and that worked well for us. The building itself is relatively old, but the room was super. Very convenient for the beach, the port and the old town. ”

“Nice location - beach nearby, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The most impressive part was the hotel room - the size was big, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice feature. Everything was great, they even provided tissue and single-use flip flops. I will definitely be back!!”

The room I stayed in is large and spacious, the host provided clear instructions on how to enter the room etc. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Split that doesn't want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle but in walking proximity to everything.”
