“My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. ”

“Very clean & well kept property. Parking is a huge challenge to find but owners were upfront about that in the information given. Noise level is quite high, could hear every step and conversation from the room above me all night long. ”

“We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. “By far the WORST experience I have ever had. Had a bad experience before even getting into the apartment. Clearly stating on-site parking which was my main reason for booking. There was zero onsite parking, hosts didn’t even respond when I asked where on-site parking was. Street parking took 45 minutes to find it only to find out it’s a 4 hour maximum time limit.
