“My sister and I were in the Scottsdale area to celebrate her 65th birthday by attending a three day Christian Music Concert held at nearby Highlands Church. This home was ideally located within the gated community of Grayhawk, a short drive not only the church, but restaurants grocery stores etc. Prior to, making the commitment to rent the property, I had a couple questions for Kate and we had a small issue with the washer during our stay. Hpwever, in both instances Kate was quick to respond.……

“One of the things I like least about staying in condo developments, is a lack of privacy. Not so here! If you choose not to schmooze with your neighbors, then you never have to, but if on the other hand you're looking to be more interactive with the community, a literal one minute walk to the gym and pool will provide you with that. The condo itself is pleasantly decorated and lacks nothing! Kitchen is well equipped and master bedroom, king mattress is one of the comfiest I've ever slept on.……
