“Hotel was quiet. There was no housekeeping service, which I do not believe was explained.”

“Great experience overall but the check in process was confusing and the hot tub did not work as advertised, nor did the Inn have an outdoor, heated pool - that’s at the Lodge, down the hill. Good place to take a family with young kids, easy access to ski lifts but the area is very small…but this is Michigan…we make the best of what God gave us. The “Legends on the Hill” restaurant was AWESOME - food and service - and a two minute walk from our room. ”

“The rooms were far from the water, not like to picture. The living space was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable, we didn't even stay our second booked night. The room was very cold and drafty, and the thermostat was programed to 68 degrees and we very cold, it did not warm well. It didn't even come with towels! We had to go and buy our own. We wanted to rent snowmobiles and was told it was too warm, it was 35 degrees outside! When we asked around they said that it was not true, plus……

“I had an excellent one night stay at the Day's Inn Grayling. I traveled to the area for a snowmobiling trip and the hotel worked out great. The building is in nice shape and everything worked properly in the room. The beds were comfortable, nice bathroom with good ventilation, work area, TV, fridge, microwave, etc. There's plenty of parking for cars/trucks-trailers and the snowmobile trails are right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well with waffles, danishes,……
