“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the tent was nice and clean. The power source was very convenient and the bath house was clean. I would recommend turning the opening of the tents towards the tree and not the road for added privacy. ”

“We stayed here for our daughter’s 5th birthday. She told me she wanted to camp in the woods. She got exactly that. My husband and my children were so excited upon arrival. They said it was perfect and exactly what they had in mind. Perfect, rustic charm, beautiful, and relaxing. We took our fur babies with us too. I’d 10/10 recommend to anyone. The owner was also very attentive and responded to everything very quickly. Can’t wait to go back :)”

“We had a great time even with the horrible fog and cloud cover the first two days. My dog loved it and we enjoyed the ability to get away from the hustle of city life. Hot tub at night was great. Pictures on the site are a little dated but overall highly recommend and plan on returning. ”

“The house was just as described in the listing. Kyle was very responsive before and during our stay. It was nice being on the river so we could fish and kayak. The grandkids loved the game room as well as the bedroom lofts. There was plenty of room for us to spread out on the enclosed porch and deck. I would recommend this charming place to anyone interested in staying near Berkeley Springs. ”

“An absolute amazing stay if you want to get away and live simply for some time. The property was clean and the communication was wonderful! We did have cell service through the wifi which I didn't expect and the wifi was actually really good, though we didn't need it. The hot tub was amazing and the host even confirmed the handyman checked it before our arrival. Venturing out, there are so many cool places to visit. We stay for a simple (away from a city) side of things and this was definitely……
