“My husband and I flew to Exuma to meet up with our son, daughter in law, and our granddaughter, to celebrate her 10th birthday. We were fortunate to find Ocean Mist Villa to rent for our visit. Our son sailed to the Exuma from Wisconsin, through the Erie Canal, down the east coast of the USA, and they are moored in Exuma. They joined us each day at Ocean Mist Villa. “This house a a dream! We’ve stayed in Exuma several times and never had a house as accommodating as The Addison House! The house came fully stocked with beach towels, sunscreens, speaker, ice chests, custom yeti cups, multiple phone chargers, full size shampoo/conditioner, everything you could think of. “Upon arrival check in was very smooth and welcoming. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The views from every level are unmatched. Sitting on the doc with your morning coffee, while turtles swim by below your feet is such a beautiful way to start the day. The House was inviting, clean and well appointed. We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with. “THE best week with family! Jack’s beach house is an incredible spot for a vacation! The rope swing was so much fun, the kids found starfish right at the water line and we even had a huge shark visit the pier one afternoon. The house is well stocked with most anything you could need with exception of your groceries for the week. And Cay is wonderful to help with anything you may need picked up ahead of time. “This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a sweet, cozy cottage with all the comforts you need inside and pure paradise outside. Walking out on the Sandbar and to tiny islands were our favourite part. Fina is a very friendly and knowledgeable host and we love her dogs. Only advice- if you fly in and it’s dark- follow Fina’s instructions to get there and don’t use google maps. The roads are terrible and you think you’re driving into no where but trust the……

“The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!”
