Really helpful staff booking in, proactive at ensuring our access needs were documented and met, and a special mention to the lovely housekeeping lady who brought us a spare quilt, though not fluent in English couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Bit weird that the bar had no alcohol free beers or ciders and no straws and just a note that the hotel restaurant and room service were super expensive. The room was lovely and clean except the balcony, but couldn't……
