“good morning I had a booking on June 28th my husband died in this process so I could not make it. I talked to the manager at the property, and she said I had to talk to Expedia this morning Expedia sent me an email saying they could not give Me a refund because they could not reach the hotel. I think this is bad business. at least I could have got a credited to come at a later time.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean. Our ONLY complaint (and this is no reflection on the hotel itself) was our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We requested a nonsmoking room. The room had a nonsmoking sign. It’s a shame people can’t honor the request. The housekeeping staff came and sprayed the room, which helped very little. It’s a shame an otherwise wonderful stay was made less enjoyable by the actions of other people. ”
