“This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. ”

“The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. “The place was more beautiful than the pictures! Very private even with the other units. Beds are comfy and all rooms are very spacious. It was a very quiet area. Never heard a car or neighbors or any noise! We enjoyed the pool and pool area. Lots of room to lounge and swim. The pool is not heated but it was very refreshing. There is one bathroom but very big. Had everything you need. Shampoo, body wash, Qtips and lots of fresh towels and pool towels! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything……

“Property was clean, beds were comfortable and location was easy access to freeway. Had a nice back yard however we did not use. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans. Had plenty of towels. Only negative was Wi-Fi. Very, very slow and constantly would loose connection. We were there for 11 days and enjoyed the home.”

“I would recommend 'le Petit Jardin' I was in town for a seminar which was nearby. This is a super quiet location and the bed was firm. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and I felt like I was in this little garden retreat. I would stay here again the next time I am back in SAC.”

“I had an amazing stay at the spot. It was for a very short time but the place was super comfortable and included so many more ammenities than I even expected or even had the time to use. Christine was super on top of communication and was kind enough to offer me all the guidance from check in to check out. It was super lovely and the location was awesome as well. Very walkable to target and this super tasty dessert spot right next to the spot. Thank you again!”

“We really enjoyed staying at this two bedroom. I would have to stay apartment. It was very clean. It was decorated very nicely and I actually didn’t really find anything wrong with the place.
