“This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. I did see reviews about the neighborhood being older which it is but that’s typical of……

“This home is lovely, and the layout and decor were great for my family. We loved the plants in the yard, the outdoor seating, and the balcony. It has a small fire pit if you bring a fire log. We were able to easily reach the host for any questions we had, and he responded timely manner and was gracious with anything we needed. The area around has a Target and restaurants, and this was a fairly straight shot for us to get to Sutter Health Park. I mentioned this home to my brother for any visitors……

Location is in good proximity to restaurants and Sutter Helath park but not being familiar with the area made getting to the house a bit difficult (nearby construction and one way traffic). It didn’t impact our stay though, house was very clean and amenities were great.”

“The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run!
