“The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!”

“Such a nice place to stay for 3-nights. My wife, myself and our 7lb dog stayed here and enjoyed it so much. The Ranch was so quiet and relaxing. It is small but has everything we needed. Colleen was fantastic! She was running a working ranch with beautiful horses and other livestock. She was available if needed and we had complete privacy if wanted. Everything needed was a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back when we stay up in the Newcastle/Auburn area. ”

“This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California”

“The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.”

“We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The home was well kept and all amenities were accessible per the description. Roku in every room was a plus. The host was very prompt in communicating with us .. happy to recommend. ”

“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. My hubby had the issues. Home is BIG. My bro, friend and……
