“We have just returned home from spending four choice days at the HideAway for our three-generation (17-member) Family Reunion. It felt to us that our hosts had bent every effort to make us comfortable and welcome. The ample size and numerous rooms and nooks, inside and out provided both individual privacy and comfortable space for whole group gatherings. We had hired a professional photographer to document our Reunion, and she had no trouble finding beautiful settings and backdrops.Others……

“Had a great time and enjoyed the house, pool and surrounding towns. Overall the house is really well equipped and fits lots of people comfortably. The water is very hard and metallic, but they have a filtered drinking water tap so it wasn’t an issue, just something to know about the area. ”

“We headed to the cabin the week before Fourth of July. The location is great. It’s just 10 minutes to Arnold where we spent most of our time hanging out at White Pines Lake. Although the kitchen is small, everything worked great in the cabin I would suggest if going up in the summertime to bring additional fans as the cabin did get warm in the late afternoon. It easily cooled off with some fans by 6 o’clock. The bedrooms themselves stayed cool. There are fans that were in the cabin, but it was……

“I was looking by for a quiet place to get away for the 4th of July weekend with my toddler and two dogs, and this place was perfect! Nice, clean and quiet. The hot tub was nice too! I will say, if you’re bringing dogs like I did, bring a tether of some kind, it’s not a fenced in yard. I think that’s fairly obvious from the pics but just an FYI, there’s a road right above and also several kitties roaming around the neighboring properties, so I kept my dogs on a tether even though I was out there……

“We had a truly wonderful anniversary getaway filled with breathtaking hikes and delicious food. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. The host extended such warm hospitality, making us feel right at home in this beautiful setting. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to coming back soon.”

“Great getaway and pool. We spent most of our time just relaxing. Plenty of spacious rooms, beds and extra fold out beds. Quiet comfortable AC. Large secluded property only 1 hour from Sacramento. Beautiful wine Country. A bonus was Manson, a friendly neighborhood dog that just wanted to sit on the steps near the pool and be petted!”

“We were a family of 6 and we loved our stay at this property! We enjoyed the indoor pool the most. Pool table is okay. Kitchen is nice and spacious. Each of the bedrooms are comfortable sized. We had no issues with check-in/check-out. Most of the popular places are within 30 minutes of drive. Echo lake is only 10 minutes and is a hidden gem. Dinner at Riva Grill and brunch at Getaway Cafe are also close by. We couldn't get the TVs to work but we hardly wanted to watch TV so it wasn't a big deal……
