“Good location for Chester & surrounding area. Hotel is tired looking in places, and service was sloppy at times. Spacious room,.dimmer was ok, and breakfast was plentiful with a £5 supplement on all cooked food with the exception of the English Breakfast. At £99 b&b it was good calue for money.”

“Excellent location and comfy rooms, staffs are really friendly.. We had booked sea view room and the views were amazing. Good parking. Although the room was not well kept was bit dusty..and there is no lift in the hotel so we had to carry the laggage. No dedicated reception area which was a bit confusing as entrance is same as that of restaurant. ”

“A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon. ”
