“It is a cost vs benefit issue. It is a simple and small hotel room, but relatively clean. If you just need a place to sleep and a reasonable price, this place will work. This is especially true for the week. The price jumps quite a bit on Saturday, so I would consider another place on Saturday. ”

“Definitely recommend this hotel!! Tucked away from other properties but next door to a brewery, Italian bistro and steakhouse. Good location and convenient to other stores. Freeways, etc. Very clean room, quiet stay and good morning breakfast. ”

“Easy check in. All the basic needs. Right next to Amtrak dropoff and beaches. Clean and quiet. I nice place for a reasonable rate.”

“So cute, clean and cozy! I didn’t want to leave! Only cons: Handle on bathtub was broken, so I could turn it on, but wasn’t able to adjust the temperature so it was scorching hot Backyard wasn’t as nice as pictures showed. It was still nice and I enjoyed some time reading out there. , but it was missing the string lights ”

“Megan, our host was great! Communication with Megan is very clear and detailed. Our family of five had a wonderful fun stay! Everything was there ready for us. Neighborhood nice to take walks with our grandchildren. Great memories. Would recommend to anyone trying to just enjoy!”

“Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking.
