“I had a wonderful experience staying at the Inn with my niece to celebrate her belated birthday and to celebrate mine. The front desk staff Alexis, the Manager Jeff, the cleaning lady at our room were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. Alexis made us feel welcome as we checked in close to midnight. Kris, The Guest Service Agent went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was so intuitive that she remembered my birthday from our conversation the day before and asked about it.……

“Amazing location and property!! Quick walk to Alamo, Riverwalk, etc. plus our property was overlooking another water canal that is beautifully kept and very safe. We stayed at the 1 br premium apartment; it was stellar. Everything was extremely clean; cool lighting; great furniture and it was HUGE! Great to have a full kitchen as well, since we sometimes still like to cook when on vacation. The staff was very helpful, this will be our new place any time we visit San Antonio. Great job and……

“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”

“It’s so cute, modern. The staff is Amazing! There is a speak easy located in the hotel :) the rooms are extremely comfy and it’s walking distance to river walk and tower of America. ”
