“The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic.
