“The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the gravy little too salty. The TV was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work; no towel rack. The seating in the room was good and comfortable. The water in Shreveport taste like sand, so every drink using city water tastes bad. ”

“The staff is always friendly. Only incident that occured was the fire alarm going off at midnight. Very cold night to evacuate outside but was quickly resolved.”

“We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's cheer competition. Breakfast is good and the rooms smelled okay and were clean. After driving 6 hours and getting in around midnight we were worried as the area seems a bit sketchy but when we pulled up to the hotel we were relieved that it looked nice. Upon arrival we were given a single room when I had paid for a double room. The gentleman up front did rectify it and he was well mannered about it. I'm weird and always check for bed bugs and stains when……
