“The staff is always friendly. Only incident that occured was the fire alarm going off at midnight. Very cold night to evacuate outside but was quickly resolved.”

“We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's cheer competition. Breakfast is good and the rooms smelled okay and were clean. After driving 6 hours and getting in around midnight we were worried as the area seems a bit sketchy but when we pulled up to the hotel we were relieved that it looked nice. Upon arrival we were given a single room when I had paid for a double room. The gentleman up front did rectify it and he was well mannered about it. I'm weird and always check for bed bugs and stains when……

“The Hotel was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the dove soaps in bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty, really enjoyed the sausage. So now I have a designated place to stay win in town and ”

“Right in the middle of down town and shares an elevator with the convention center. Very conveniant”

“This hotel staff is horrible. I selected to pay at the property when I arrived. However when I arrived at 7pm they had already given my room away because I had not paid and was not there before 6pm. Please beware. They left me and my kids without a room 4 hours away from home and wasn’t sorry about it at all. Didn’t offer any help. All they said was “sorry we are booked”. Horrible. ”

“The location was great as it was right by the highway. The amenities were great with indoor pool and a gym. A little deferred maintenance and almost zero water issue were the only negatives. ”
