“The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly ”

“So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. ”

“I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. ”

“Awesome place to stay. Very friendly staff. Rooms are unique and comfortable. Location is great with restaurants and a cool bar next door, Stray Cat. Amy will make you a nice cocktail. If you can, check into the Spa and get a massage. Very good and relaxing. ”
