“I felt unsafe. The door jamb had been broken before. It was repaired but seeing the brokenness of it made it un nerving. It was not new but an older repair. The room was clean, no complaint there. ”

“The only problem was the check in. My band leader, Wendy Siegel, had reserved 4 rooms and done the paperwork required for her card to be on file for incidentals, but they kept asking for my card even when we showed them the emails that the paperwork had been received. That also happened to my bandmates. We are repeat customers every time we play in Shreveport, but thaat makes the experience less than perfect. We appreciate everything else. ”

“Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast is decent. The property is DIRTY. The renovations won't last long under this lack of maintenance. Carpets are gummy and sticky in the hallways and the tile floors in the rooms haven't been mop in ages. The elevator floors are filthy, and the chrome hasn't been clean in ages. The carpets in the stairwells haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since forever. I have never seen or heard a vacuum cleaner during any of my visits.”

“The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.”
