“It was a good stay.”

“Found a hair in my bed when I turned down bedsheets and left hair on bathroom vanity in clear view. Called front desk and was given all new bed sheets -- I just slept on top of bed with blanket - did not change sheets. And was told to speak with front desk when checking out. Upon doing so, I was offered Mariott points but was told that was all that employees could do. I'm not a Mariott member so guess I'll try to speak to manager in next few days to request monetary compensation........very……

“Great rooms. Only complaint is that their is no food available late in the evening.”

“Only complaint is that my and hubbys phone stayed in SOS mode while on property. Staff stated “it’s a Verizon thing” however no excuse. Made for an uncomfortable uncertainty with lifeline depending on hotels WIFI. ”

“The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.”

“The hotel was perfect. It all appeared new, the colors were great, all the appointments were first class and the quality of everything was very high.”

“The staff at this location are as good or better than any other staff out there! Efficient, courteous, friendly, interested in my comments - are just a few of their good points! No doubt, I will stay at this location next time I visit Shreveport”

“Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast is decent. The property is DIRTY. The renovations won't last long under this lack of maintenance. Carpets are gummy and sticky in the hallways and the tile floors in the rooms haven't been mop in ages. The elevator floors are filthy, and the chrome hasn't been clean in ages. The carpets in the stairwells haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since forever. I have never seen or heard a vacuum cleaner during any of my visits.”

“The stay was fine and the staff was supportive. The water pressure in the sink was very poor due to the aerator being clogged but the maintenance man was able to remove and clear it in a matter of minutes. Overall the entire staff was nice, friendly and supportive of y needs.”
