“The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it”

“The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. “The property was newly renovated. Family friendly. The evening front desk guy was super helpful, kind, and professional. Day staff ladies were okay not as friendly. Overnight front desk staff nice as well. Our room was great and clean. Housekeeping staff were top notch super kind and did a great job! Breakfast was fresh, hot, and good! The property was nice and very clean! You can rent chairs with an umbrella by the beach for $40 a day. We rented a jet ski for an hour the staff there were also……

“We had a great experience, drove to Fort Meyers Beach and visited Sanibel Island and Captiva with miles and miles of white sand beaches.. Cape Coral is beautiful! There were also some outlets which had great stores for shopping! Would highly recommended the area~”

“The help there is wonderful. Heather at the front desk is always pleasant and efficient with taking care of anything that comes up along with local tips. Maria, who handles the breakfasts, is a delight. Always happy, helpful and cheerful with all the guests.
