“This hotel was nice, room was good size and very clean. It was a little hot but had a fan. Check in easy and friendly. Dinners and breakfast was good however a little slow at times. ”

“Excellent location, historic hotel with fantastic views and lovely, spacious rooms. We received an unexpected room upgrade and ended up in a fabulous twin room literally over the waters of Falmouth Harbour! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and enjoy Falmouth (third time visiting for me but always somewhere I want to revisit) and that lovely room! ”

“We only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs.”

“Alicia and Clive were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was superb and nice options offered for Evening Meal. Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable. “A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts.”
