“這次共訂了兩間雙人房（一間加床），房間很大就算加床空間還是很足夠，窗外可以遠眺下龍灣海景。雖然大張雙人床是由兩張單人床併在一起的，倒是沒影響到舒適度，兩個晚上都睡得很好，要說房間的缺點就是燈光比較不足，對外隔音效果稍稍差了點，偶爾會聽到路上的喇叭聲（但不是太嚴重）。飯店早餐味道不錯選擇也不少，大部分是固定的菜色，有現煮的蛋料理及河粉。飯店內另有兩間餐廳供用餐，頂樓有酒吧，夜景不錯。這次只住了兩晚，沒有機會用到飯店泳池及SPA，有點可惜。最後是飯店的位置離觀光鬧區有點距離，但徒步還是可以走到附近較熱鬧的街道，也有銀樓可以換錢，買伴手禮會比在觀光熱區買划算，餐廳較少。整體而言是令人滿意的住宿經驗。”

“On the Golden Halong website, it states the hotel has a spa, gym, tour desk, room service and bar. It has none of these. The staff speak minimal english, making it difficult to ask for advice on local attractions, restaurants or shopping. The location is terrible, no where near the marina that all the tour boats operate out of. Breakfast is geared towards Chinese and if you want hot food you need to get there at 0630 hours when it opens, however, you then need to contend with all the tour……
