“The Ireland Hotel is a nice family run hotel. Corner Rooms are bright (there is also internal rooms without windows) and the hotel is generally clean. A few small issues with bulbs not working and TV not working but that is very minor. It’s close to the main “drag” but noise was not an issue. Cat Ba is unfortunately undergoing a lot of construction and modernisation so it’s best to rent a scooter and venture out of town. ”

“We got upgrade for a bigger room, the room was the biggest we ever had. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it was ok for staying there. They come to clean everyday and change towels and all the staff is really nice they helped us with the laundry and information. The area thought is a little bit dead not a lot of stuff open. ”

“Great service, daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and will help you with anything if asked. Breakfast lasts until 9am with good variety of goods. The area is currently under development, so you will see and hear the noice from the construction site. The facility itself is okey, rooms are clean but all in all it surely needs renovation. ”

“Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! “There are just 1 to 2 lobby staff helping for check in.Although the female staff is patient and friendly but the hotel quality is damn lousy.When we all family arrived in hotels,there didn't any porter come to help us carry the luggage.In room,TV is broken,toilet obstruction.Besides,there is not any multifuction plug in room.The toilet of lobby and dining floor didn't get door,it is terrible and embarass.The price is not cheap but the hotel quality is suck!”
