“The home is beautiful and so functional!”

“Clean, spacious, quiet place for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to buy random spices to cook. Short drive to a few grocery/ shopping areas. The beach club card was definitely a big plus; the kids could enjoy a nice sandy beach with protected, calm lagoon water. One minor suggestion would be to add another liner to the windows, at least in bedrooms; shades were a bit too transparent. Would stay again.”

“Beautifully quiet studio enveloped by the greenery of Waipio and the dark blue ocean offshore. Wonderful host! The studio ambassadors Storm Popoki (cat) greeted the day with me as I enjoyed a cup of coffee and planned my day. Overall, wonderful place!”

“The place was exactly as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we need to cook our own meals. There were even a few spices available for our use - which is a bonus!There were plenty of beach equipment for our use. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to use around the resort area. The highlight of the place was the access to the beach club, tennis courts and gym! We will certainly look for this rental next time as it exceeded our expections.”

“Everything was as indicated in listing but being there was even better. Amazing location amazing property original FLW furnishings but complimented with the luxury an original FLW home lacked. The master bedroom and bath were roomy and dreamy. The whole house is tastefully appointed. Room for each of the four of us to spread out and be comfortable. We went in mid December and temperatures were perfect. Of our five days there, we loved touring the island and a successful whale watching trip but……

“My husband and I were looking for the perfect place to stay, and Wow! did we find it! The property is spectacular with a treasure trove of fruit and nut trees to discover.The hosts are thoughtful and provided a wonderful experience. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were a great way to restore. Each day we spent on the lanai for our meals enjoying the sweeping views. We can’t wait to return! ”

“Unit is hot upon entering however as you open up the sliding doors and windows it starts to cool down. The room that's closest to the lanai can be a bit noisy as the cars pass by. You can also hear the occupants on the lower level. Something to keep in mind ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hale o Malina! The home was clean and a perfect space for a mid-size family (we had 7 in our party). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals there. We ate nearly every meal on the BEAUTIFUL wrap around porch that overlooked the ocean. Now let’s talk about the grounds. The whole outside of the house is a tropical paradise! Our boys loved running around the yard looking for geckos, falling coconuts and playing ball. The……

“This home was even better than expected! We knew it would be lovely because of its location in Puako, but the views were amazing (mountains at sunrise, ocean at sunset). There is also beach access and turtle viewing right across, and the home is close to the wonderful, sandy beaches of the Kohala coast. The kitchen is well-equipped and the gear provided was much appreciated. We hope to be back sooner than later!close ”
