“Our girls and boys golf teams and coaches were at this property for 5 nights and they raved about the accomodations. The furnishings were exactly as seen in the photos and it had been immaculately cleaned. The location was ideal since the championship tournament was being held at the nearby Mauna Lani Golf Course. Mahalo, Bonnie, for providing our group with a memorable experience and for being available to answer all of our questions. A hui hou!”

The owners were phenomenal and not only had great communication but also were excellent hosts and gave us great ideas for things to do while on the big island. I would 100% come back here, and the town that is nearby Waia. Is perfect for breakfast or even dinner and shopping. Very small town with boutique shops but just a great small……

“We’ve stayed here the last 3 years for family vacation and it’s a great location for dining and cooler temps in Waimea while still being able to drive down to the beach every day.”

“This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket……

“Communication with Pam, Frank, Kathy and Jay was prompt and simple. Photos and description of the house we accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of peace and quiet after spending a week in Honolulu working. It was easy to relax and enjoy. Short drive to Kamuela, Waikoloa Village and Kona Airport. We had everything we needed here and the house was very comfortable and we look forward to visiting again!”
