“Weekend break in this property. It was very modern. Tastefully decorated and all the things you need for a nice stay. The only issue was noise from other guests coming and going in the early hours but out of the control of the owners ”

“We enjoyed a wonderful short stay in Yorkshire and were made to feel so welcome in this lovely cottage, Sue really went above and beyond to make our visit special. Next time we’ll be sure to make use of the fabulous courtyard if the weather permits!”

“We stayed one night with our dog. I was a little doubtful on what the standard of room would be like due to us having a dog. The room was a good size, very clean and smelt pleasant. The grounds were also clean and plenty of small grassed areas for the dog to pop out. We stayed for breakfast which was hot snd tasty. All the staff where helpful and friendly. ”

“Extremely soft mattresses and very limited evening meal with tiny pudding didn't take away from an excellent breakfast and absolute bargain price for a family. We would definitely stay here again and even plan our journey to stop here if we were going somewhere else early the next day which we were (Yorkshire wildlife park). Would go out for dinner though. ”

“The room was amazing very clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfy. The shower was walk in and very hot. The view from our room shown the river and was very beautiful to look at The only thing about the room was the road traffic noise you could hear. The pub itself was very busy and the breakfast was really good. We also had a meal and that was brilliant too. The staff was very helpful and really informative. Would recommend a stay here.”

“The Redbrook lodge was beautiful. Ample parking at the property and easy to get to. Everything supplied that you would need for an overnight stay. The bathroom door was a bit tempramental as it is on a runner but i assume it just needed fitting back onto the runner so not really a criticism. The outdoor lights were not working but the warden was quick to come and attempt to fix them, but was unsuccessful. I would still stay again.”

“Lovely guesthouse, well decorated and furnished, there’s a little noise from the bar next door, but it is a main road, so to be expected. Breakfast is continental, good selection of fruits, pastries and charcuterie, including plant based yogurt and milks. ”

“Nice place for a short stay. Staff were great. My Sisters check in took along time, well past 3pm. Still not checked in by tea time. Only down side was no electrical power points nxt to bed. I had to run extension cables which could of caused an accident getting up in the middle of the night.”
