“This house was super cute and in an awesome location! We were so close to everything in every direction, it made our stay very fun. Our host was quick with responding and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great little stay, would recommend!”

“This was quite a comfortable stay for my family ( 2 coming in from different states). It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cookware available for us! The park was a little bit of a hike, but a quick drive ( it was too hot to enjoy this visit). The lake made for beautiful sunrises/sunsets and simple fishing pleasures for the kids! ( even a pole available) would definately stay here again. One thing, we could’ve used more towels/washcloths!”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Sam’s vrbo. It was the perfect size for our multi generational family. Everyone had their own bed AND bathroom. It was amazing! Everyone kept saying how this was their favorite vrbo they have stayed in and I do agree. Sam and the property manager were easily available if needed. We were going to grill but couldn’t find a lighter. The property manager went out of his way to purchase one for us. When we booked this vrbo we didn’t have anyone that was in a……

“This is a spacious property right near the stockyards. 8 of us fit comfortably and had a nice stay. This home is so cute and had everything we needed. We felt safe walking back at midnight from the stockyards which is literally a block and a half away. Plenty stocked for linens and comfortably. Highly recommend. ”

It's well stocked with everything you could need during a stay, including snacks, bottled water, and creamer! We were even able to check in a little early since the house was ready. My only notes are that even though the neighborhood felt safe, having some/better coverage on the windows and doors would be appreciated for privacy. “The owner was very kind. He called the first night to make sure everything was up to our standards. We had a small plumbing problem, & came within 20 min to take care of it. He was great communicating, answering every question I had. We will be booking again soon.”
