“Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe. “House is very nice. Layed out well for our needs. Huge kitchen and nice backyard area fir entertaining and hanging out. We were there for TCU graduation and it was close enough to campus to make access easy. Also close to the Stock Yards was nice. Neighborhood is interesting with lots of roosters crowing all day and dogs roaming free but the property had a large fence and gate around it so they stay out. The roosters start crowing kind of early. ”

“Great place to stay for event at ATT stadium. Walking distance to stadium and to several food choices. Only issue would be one of the bathrooms had a sink that was clogged. And back yard deck was a little messy with leaves and such. But overall good experience. Would book again. ”
