“The cottage was very clean, well stcked, and beautifully appointed. We were alowed to use the pool and barbeque and lounge area. The bed was a queen and was very hard. But overall, we would return there.”

“We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay.”

“Extended weekend get away for anniversary. Place was nice for two. Easy to get to places around the area. Went to some nice places to eat and made a local wine tour. Screened in porch is where you’ll spend most of your time on good wether days. ”

“This is my second stay at this nice studio. It’s perfect for one or two people and it’s proximity to TCU makes it a great location for quick visits with my son and a great home base for move out. Dylan & family are so kind and great with communication. I really appreciate their hospitality and plan to return. ”

“The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family.”

“Nice, clean upkeep. The game room was fun. Appliances were clean and up to date. Really enjoyed being close to the Stockyards and good restaurants. Enjoyed the jacuzzi! Most definitely returning for a longer pool experience with the warmer weather to come.”

“I loved that it was close to so many things (grocery, lots of restaurants), shopping); and the high ceilings. It was also clean. I didn’t like that I had to provide a copy of my driver license front and back BEFORE checking in. ”
