“Excellent accommodation and food was very good. Staff friendly. It’s convenient for motorway stop or Arley Hall which we were visiting. Nowhere to walk around property though. ”
“Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the……
“Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional……
“Gorgeous house in beautiful, rural location. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and very nice touches, such as complimentary sherry in the room, good biscuits and coffee! Wish we had had more time to sit in the little wine drinking room! The biggest bed we have ever slept in! Great artwork throughout and nice garden. Next to a large pub”
“Was a short stop before I travelled by ferry, checked in late, had clear instructions from the owner, great communication. Room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Included robes to use and a large bath sheet, which if you stay at hotels regularly you’ll appreciate! Really impressed overall with the booking, far nicer than I expected. Great area too. Safe, quiet and close to anything you might need”
