“close to beach and good breakfast”

“Two night break, hotel in good position for the rail station and the city. Comfortable room and bread. Good breakfast albeit it slow service. Expensive to eat in the restaurant. ”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“The domestic staff are wonderfu, very helpful, lovely people and so very kind. All the staff we were in contact with could not of been nicer. My wife had her 21st some 51 years ago at this hotel! We were both originally from Heswall. Our trip was one to help my brother in law who lives in New Brighton who has had a nasty fall booth breaks in his ankle. Thank you for your help.”

“I thought the room was great for the price, the location would have been difficult to beat, the food options were great, and the team was very kind. The road it was on had a lot of clubs (night and the other kind), but never did it feel overly uncomfortable and, at least where my room was, was quiet. ”
