“Convince and nice hotel”

“The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious. Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. ”

“The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.”

“The domestic staff are wonderfu, very helpful, lovely people and so very kind. All the staff we were in contact with could not of been nicer. My wife had her 21st some 51 years ago at this hotel! We were both originally from Heswall. Our trip was one to help my brother in law who lives in New Brighton who has had a nasty fall booth breaks in his ankle. Thank you for your help.”
