“Aside from the hotel staff, the concierge (Ronnie) was most helpfull in providing direction on how best to walk throughout the "City Centre" area. His knowledge of the area eg. restaurants, site seeing locations and areas of interest we had, was most appreciated by Christopher and I. And yes, would we return to Liverpool and stay at the Halyard. ”

“Very comfortable stay. Came for a private function that was catered very well with a hotel DJ who knew how to read the room and played some cracking tunes. Altogether a really lovely weekend. ”

“Fantastic value for money”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“We have stayed here before and thought the standard of the hotel had slipped. We paid extra for parking as I have some mobility issues but the lift was out of order so we had to climb stairs (only 1 flight but not the point”

“New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕”
