“Felt like a home away from home! Nestled in a forest of giants, this was a welcoming place to stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, especially after a day spent exploring, and the coffee/tea bar made for easy relaxing mornings. Despite the fact it rained all weekend while we were there, the house was full of natural light from skylights and plenty of windows. This is humble and well maintained property that I’d love to book again for future adventures!”

“This is a well cared for property with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and total care all through. It is a great base for exploring the redwoods north and south. Strong internet. Recommend a trip to a larger grocery on the way there as the local offerings are smaller. ”

“If you are looking for a place to stay as a jumping off point to all the redwood forests, this cabin is what you want. Wonderful hosts that can point you in the right direction for places to go and a friendly dog to greet you when you return from a day of hiking and sightseeing. Get a taste of off grid living without having to fully commit to moving to the mountains.”

“Perfect!”

“Very Spacious and quiet. The interior is quite beautiful. Very close from all 3 Redwood state parks and next to the Klamath River. It’s inside a bitten down RV park, so exterior is okay. The RV park hostess is very friendly and helpful. If you are using Virbo or Expedia to book this, make sure you save the details somewhere locally in your phone as the area has no cellphone signal. ”

“Clean, well maintained and great spot by the Smith river and all the redwoods offer. Host was welcoming and had lovely attention to detail to make the stay a touch above. Host even provided recommendations for dog friendly places and river spots. Would absolutely recommend. Felt safe traveling with just two women. Would highly recommended.”
