“Hotel is in a lovely area, especially if you like horse racing. Don’t arrive early though as it is £30 for early check in, even if the room is available, you are not permitted to use the pool until checked in so the only option is to come back later or go to the hotel bar and wait, or pay £30. The rooms are nice, a bit dated, but bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. Rooms have aircon which is good, and the beds are comfy. We don’t visit the spa, just the health club, the pool is……

“It's a pretty new hotel, clean and comfortable. Good choice within a budget.”

“Bedding and towels were clean and good quality. The room was clean if decoratively tired. The area outside the window was untidy, I don't think all guests avoided smoking.”

“A very good experience to stay in this accommodation, the owner was friendly and nice, the entire environment was good and quiet, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was good, which prepared by the owner. The location was near Cambridge, but just a bit far from the coach station, for me, the distance was acceptable. The hotel is recommenced.”

“The hotel room can be quite noisy. Between 7:00-8:00 AM, there are noticeable sounds of goods being moved, trash bins being handled, and glass bottles being sorted, which may disturb light sleepers. If you prefer to sleep in past 7 AM, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the room temperature tends to fluctuate between too cold and too hot, making it challenging to stay comfortable throughout the night.”

Guido is an excellent host, and Maria’s award-winning breakfasts were absolutely delicious. “Stayed in Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, lovely hotel, friendly staff and room is nice and clean. Easy to get to town centre and there is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient. Will definitely stay there again.”
