“The house and property were even better than the photos and Craig was a great host, even leaving us a welcome bag and personal note. I also really appreciate that the home was dog-friendly as our city pup had the best time of her life. ”

“Great Property! 100 Yards of beach access. When I say beach I genuinely mean Beach (sand). The house layout is as follows. The entrance divides the main floor to the bottom floor. On the main floor there is a large kitchen with added washer. The living room is split between a sitting area and dining room. “My brother and I were traveling for our Uncle's funeral. We were thrilled to find the Perkins House was available. The house reminded us of our grandparents house in Harrison, ME. It brought us back in time to days of our childhood. I definitely want to return with my family to enjoy the Lakewood Theatre and the lake.”
