“We had a wonderful week at the Muir. It far exceeded our expectations. The staff were terrific and there were so many little touches that just made our stay feel very special. “I love this hotel however we were there for 5 nights and was only able to get our room cleaned once. It was very frustrating and took multiple attempts with staff to get the one cleaning done. We literally had to chase down staff for the basics such as toilet paper and towels. No coffee or toiletry supplies replenished at all. We had to put our daily garbage in the hall. We spoke with the front desk several times about this but no resolution. ”
