It was a self serve check in but the confirmation number given by Expedia wasn’t for the hotel but for Expedia. The proper confirmation number should have been easily displayed in the email. “We just had one night in Halifax and chose this inn for its proximity to the harbour and dining. It is very lovely and a great location - walkable once you're downtown, and it turned out to be easy to use bus transportation from the airport. (The $65 for an uber was better spent on dinner!) “I gave this property 4 stars because everything was great EXCEPT for the pillows. They were really, really bad and you completely sink into them. I tried to sleep on my stomach and the pillow was suffocating me lol. Despite multiple reviews complaining about parking, it was very easy and was located on property. No issues at all with it, maybe things have changed since they were written? Included breakfast had variety, and location was great and nice and close to everything.”
