“Loved the property - clean, centrally located, cool spot. Check on was very frustrating. It was a self serve check in but the confirmation number given by Expedia wasn’t for the hotel but for Expedia. The proper confirmation number should have been easily displayed in the email. We had to call Expedia and were only able to speak with an AI agent who wasn’t very helpful. “We just had one night in Halifax and chose this inn for its proximity to the harbour and dining. It is very lovely and a great location - walkable once you're downtown, and it turned out to be easy to use bus transportation from the airport. (The $65 for an uber was better spent on dinner!)
