“This property is centrally located on Long Island, which is what we were looking for. Easy to get to all highways. Minutes from the train station. Perfect for business trips. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and on the corner is a place with good pizza for take out, but the staff there is blah. Anyway, the beds at this property are comfy. Loft bedroom is quiet, and has a kick @$$ AC vent to cool the room down quickly. Rocky (the host with the most) was the best. Available 24/7. Oh, be sure to……

“If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”
