“It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!”

“This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. “2 adults in 40s and 50s needed a clean space while we dropped our son off at his first real job in a new city. Drove up from Charlotte and had some issues with check in and VRBO not giving us the right code. Had to contact the owner who was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. The place coupd also do with some deep cleaning. Mold in the bathroom shower and really low water pressure and clogged drains. No soap anywhere so be aware of that for hands and dishes.
