“The apartment was perfect for 3 adults, 2 in the bedroom; 1 on the sofa bed. Plenty of room to move around. Well-appointed with appliances; dishes, etc that you would need for eating in. Bed was extremely comfortable and that is usually my biggest problem. Everything was clean. The paint could use some touch up in places but you can tell it’s just from wear and tear and not dirty. Nicely furnished with sharp accents and furniture!! Extremely convenient to parking and attractions in center city. ”

“The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“Very convenient to public transit. The neighborhood is rebuilding but short 15 minute walk to Brewerytown main area and hour walk to the city. The layout of the 1 bedroom really worked well.”

“Swarthmore is a cute little town to enjoy in between the trips to Kennett Square and Philadelphia. Really liked having parking right outside our front door. The place was clean and perfect for two people. We did have issues with checking in. We arrived a few minutes before 4:00, but couldn't check in until after 5:00 due to the cleaners being there still. We also never got the wifi working for our 3night stay, thank goodness we were able to get our work done at a local shop. Other than those two……

“Despite multiple dark curly hairs in both bathroom showers, and a dishwasher soap dispenser door that wouldn't close (soap doesn't get dispensed at right point in cycle), we would stay here again. The door doesn't keep out the hallway noises, especially the banging of the door to the courtyard that is directly outside the unit. Still, other than the showers, the place seemed clean and tidy. It's close to the broad line subway (that had drug use aboard about half the time we used it, but still……

“It was wonderful! A great price for the time I was there and the room that I got.”

“The bus drops you off essentially at the front door of this hotel making it very easy to traverse around town. The only major downsides I had was a lack of hot water, which luckily I prefer cooler showers. There are a few very good breakfast places nearby however I am unsure about dinner and lunch as I was further away during those times. Overall great experience however if you are a light sleeper be aware it is very close to the train tracks.”

“Very cute place that's more like an apartment and not a hotel. Great location and walking distance to everything. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that there is no TV in the bedroom. There is like a 32 inch tv in the living room which is very small. However in the bedroom there is no TV. Other than that 1 issue, it was a great place.”
