“First, when we check-in and stayed in our room, we realized that we were stayed in the wrong room because when we check the size didn't match what we paid for. Then, we asked the front desk about it, and it seems they knew it. So, on our second day, they moved us into room that we were supposed to. ”

“チェックイン時に美味しい焼き立てクッキーくれました。設備は全体的に水準が高いです。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー、宿泊した部屋は広くないけど、清潔感があって良かったと思います。 最初にチェックインした部屋が少し臭くて、外出後戻った時もまだ臭かったので部屋チェンしてもらいました。エコなのか歯ブラシその他のアメニティは設置されていません。 タオルの交換やペーパーの追加等はオーダーが必要です。 朝ごはんは美味しかったです。”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……
